Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Bramble Oven website, the game Sugarwake, and the internal product Sugarwake Ads Desk. By using a Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use the Services

The public website is available to visitors. Sugarwake is offered to players who meet the age rating shown in the store listing once the game is published. Sugarwake Ads Desk is available only to people Bramble Oven invites. There is no public self-serve signup.

2. Accounts

You must keep Ads Desk credentials confidential and use them only for work you are authorized to do. You must not share a reviewer or employee login outside the people who need it for a platform review. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or a security risk.

3. Ads Desk and advertising platforms

Ads Desk lets authorized users connect advertising accounts through official OAuth flows, including TikTok for Business. You may connect only Business Centers and advertiser accounts you already have the right to manage. You may upload only creatives Bramble Oven has approved for Sugarwake. You may not use the Desk to manage advertising for a third-party product, to create accounts you do not own, or to request platform permissions the product does not implement.

Platform rules still apply. If TikTok or another network suspends an ad account, that is between you and the network. Bramble Oven is not their agent.

4. Intellectual property

Bramble Oven owns Sugarwake, Sugarwake Ads Desk, the studio name, and the artwork on this site. You receive no license to copy the game, the desk, or our marks except the limited right to use the Services as offered.

5. Acceptable use

• No attempts to break, scrape, or overload the Services.
• No upload of illegal, infringing, or misleading advertising assets.
• No use of the Desk to access another company’s ads without authorization.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the website and Desk available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features can change. Reviewer demo accounts may be reset after a review cycle.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Game features in development may change before launch.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bramble Oven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost advertising spend arising from use of the Services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version applies when posted at this URL with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the update.
